HERNDON, Virginia, November 30, 2022 – Nacha's Payments Innovation Alliance has created a new resource aimed at financial institutions, billers and payments processors.

Today, Nacha's Payments Innovation Alliance announced its 2022-2023 Advisory Committees. Working with Nacha staff, the Advisory Committees serve a leadership role to identify and address some of the most important issues facing the payments industry and provide strategic direction to the Alliance.

Nacha’s Payments Innovation Alliance Conversational Payments and the Cybersecurity Response (CPCR) Project Team released “Unwrapping Smart Speakers,” an online guide with simple steps for consumers to protect their privacy and keep them safe regarding smart speaker use.

Today, Nacha announced the release of the Payments Innovation Alliance's 2021 Annual Report, detailing how the Alliance continued to offer critical thought leadership on emerging topics impacting the payments industry this year.

The future is now – or at least is in the works. Nacha’s new Alliance Project Team has kicked off and designed a plan for the first Faster Payments Professional Certificate, which will allow payments professionals to demonstrate proficiency in the field of faster payments. The team is on track to launch the program in early 2022.
