Your email confirmation is extremely important. It not only confirms that we have processed your registration and have received your payment, it provides the following information:
- The teleseminar telephone number and passcode to enter the call
- The teleseminar handout website and passcode
- Verifies the time and date of the teleseminar
- Provides a web link that will help you verify the time zone you are in
Participants are encouraged to print out a copy of the confirmation email so that it can be easily referred to on the day of the teleseminar.
That depends on your form of payment. Your registration is NOT confirmed until your payment has been received and processed. Only after your payment has been received and processed can we issue an email confirmation. This timeframe varies depending on the payment method you use. Typically, payments received by NACHA before 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time are processed that day. Payments received after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time are processed the next business day. Please allow time for the normal clearing cycles. Registrations made via surface mail with paper check as payment method are subject to standard postal and lockbox processing, and can take as much as 10 to 12 business days. Confirmations are sent to registrants via email within 2 business days of payment processing by NACHA.
We cannot confirm your registration until your payment is received and processed. Payment completion is dependent on the type of payment procedure you choose.
In your email confirmation, you will receive a website address where you can verify the time zone you are in. Click here to view that website. www.timezoneconverter.com/cgi-bin/tzc.tzc All NACHA teleseminars are conducted in the Eastern Time Zone.
Your email confirmation will provide you with a special website link and passcode. Handout materials are generally posted one week prior to the teleseminar.
As many as can fit in your office or conference room or wherever you are calling from. Your registration provides access to the teleseminar on a single telephone line. There is no limit as to how many people can listen in on the call as long as they are using the same telephone line you are.
If you plan to have people participating from multiple locations on different phone lines, a separate registration form must be submitted along with a separate registration fee for each telephone line used.
Shortly after the conclusion of a teleseminar, a complete CD ROM version of the teleseminar will become available for purchase. The CD ROM contains the audio portion of the teleseminar and the corresponding PowerPoint presentations.
