Commencement Exercises |
The Payments Institute was an outstanding educational experience for me. It is an excellent program that conveys a tremendous amount of information in a concentrated timeframe and in a setting very conducive to learning. One of my favorite sessions was entitled, “ACH Bits & Bytes." The presenter broke down ACH record formats into clear, connectable pieces which made the information easier to retain and recall. TPI was the perfect springboard in preparing for the AAP exam which I took and passed this fall.

Vice President, Deposit Servicing Manager
